Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta has issued an IPO to the General Public and Nepalese Employed Working abroad. As per sources, the IPO will be issued from the 11th of Falgun for the General Public.

The firm will issue 1,69,755 unit shares with a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from the 11th through the 15th of Falgun in 2079. In the interim, 20,338 shares from the initial public offering (IPO) were reserved for Nepalese nationals living abroad. Beginning on the 16th of Magh and ending on the first of Falgun, 2079, is the offering’s duration. Please be advised that if the issue is not fully subscribed by the early closing date, it may be continued until the 25th Falgun.
A total of 32.625%, or 203,380 unit shares, is Rs. 2.03 crores, or the company’s Rs. 6.23 crores in issued capital have been set aside for the general population. As per some sources, a total of 203,380 units have been distributed, of which 10%, or 20,388 units, have been set aside for Nepalese citizens working abroad, 1.5326%, or 3,117 units, have been set aside for business employees, and 5%, or 10,170 units, have been set aside for mutual funds. The general population will use the remaining 1,69,755 units of IPO.
Sunrise Capital is the issue manager for the IPO. Both general and Nepalese citizens working abroad must submit a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,000 units to apply. After the first IPO, the promoter-public share ratio will be 67.375:32.625.
