Pokhara University has requested interested candidates to fill out the application form for the 18th Convocation Ceremony. The Examination Control Office of Pokhara University published the notice regarding the application being accepted for the 18th Convocation Ceremony.
Notice Date: January 29, 2023
The notice says, “This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to fill out the online form through the website of the examination control office and the students who have passed the matriculation level. The online form on the website will be available only from 2079/10/01 to 2079/10/15. The form can be filled at any time within that period.”

Interested candidates can click on the Pokhara University’s website (https://pouexam.edu.np), to complete the online application form and submit it.
One must used Aalekh Font to type Nepali names.
The only students who can attend this convocation ceremony are those with transcript issues as on February 20, 2022.
Only those students can attend the convocation ceremony who had received the transcript or applied for the transcript by January 07, 2079, in order to take part in the convocation ceremony (accordingly, January 21, 2023).
As the Convocation Certificate will be prepared based on the details filled in the form by the student when filling out the online form, the Nepali name should be filled in according to the citizenship, and English expression should be filled in according to the Transcript. If the details are filled in wrongly, the certificate will be mistaken; it will be the student’s responsibility.
While filling out the online form, MRP size photo, citizenship certificate, and Transcript scan should be uploaded. All documents must be coloured while scanning.
