According to the constitution of Nepal, a three-level government will be established with the adoption of federalism. In the current situation, Article 244 of the Constitution of Nepal stipulates the existence of a State Public Service Commission to choose the personnel required by the state and local levels.
The Provincial Public Service Commission is covered by the following clause in Article 244 of the Nepali Constitution:
(a) Each state will have a State Public Service Commission.
(b) The Provincial Public Service Commission’s establishment, operations, responsibilities, and powers must all comply with provincial law.
(c) To fulfil the requirements of subsection (2), the Federal Parliament must pass legislation and establish the principles and standards.
