An avalanche in Annapurna mountain range has triggered large overflow in Seti river in Pokhara on Sunday, eliminating at least nine people and ruining human settlements along the riverbanks along with bridges and plants in a wide place.
Thirteen dead bodies have been retrieved so far, according to District Police Office Kaski At least fifty peoples were losing in the flooding and three individuals were saved in existence. The loss of life cost is predicted to increase given extent of the floods.
The rapid overflow grabbed several homes such as accommodations at Kharapani place apart from four pickups, one tractor and a bus.
Nepal Military, Equipped Cops Power and the Nepal Cops personals are engaged in rescue works at different locations.
Meanwhile, Prime minister Baburam Bhattarai has directed the security agencies to effectively mobilise search and save officials in the impacted areas. He also requested them to make necessary agreements for the resettlement of the removed people.
