Lok Sewa Aayog Bagmati has published a notice regarding an invitation to apply for various posts and levels. Hetauda State Public White House Commission, Hetauda, Bagmati Province, release the Notice regarding filling out the application form.
Notice Date: February 15, 2023
The Notice says, “Notice regarding submission of the promotion application form. According to Sub-Section 9(1) of Section 9 of Local Service (Formation and Operation) Ordinance, 2079, for promotion based on an assessment of work capacity and seniority and evaluation of work performance as mentioned in the details of local service published by the Commission on 21/07/2079.”

According to Sub-Section 9(1) of Section 9 of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Ordinance, 2079, promotions are based on an appraisal of work capability, seniority, and performance, as specified in the Lok Sewa Aayog Bagmati’s publication of the specifics of local service on July 21, 2079.
The authorized level of service is the ninth level or above one of any group or sub-group under that service. However, local service employees who have completed the minimum period of service and minimum educational qualification required for promotion and are in a position below one level of the concerned service, group, and sub-group will be potential candidates.
Those local service employees who are in lower positions and have finished their minimum service period and educational qualification for promotion will be potential candidates for the post. As per the Notice, “Following the practice that the local service employees who are in lower positions and have completed the minimum service period and educational qualification required for promotion will be potential candidates.
According to the decision of the Lok Sewa Aayog Bagmati dated 27/10/2079, the application can be registered at the office of the Commission, Hetaunda, within a day. ”
