The notice says, “Public Service Commission, Central Office, Kathmandu, written examination of the candidates whose online application form has been accepted for the gazetted Third Class (Technical), Advertisement No., Post, Service, Group, Sub-Group at Surkhet Examination Center as per the pre-published examination schedule of the Commission on the following date, this notice is published for the information of all concerned as it will be operated at the time and place.”

Note:- (Subjects that the examinees must follow at Examination Center)

1. Since you will not be admitted to the exam without the admit card, you must bring the admit card with you and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the exam. Candidates who need a copy of the admit card must get the admit card from this office one day before the examination.
2. When you come to take the exam, please bring proof of Nepali citizenship or any identity card with a photograph issued by the government of Nepal. Otherwise, you will not be included in the exam.

3. The instructions given by the manpower assigned to the examination must be thoroughly followed.
4. Carrying bags, mobile phones and other electronic devices in the examination hall is prohibited.
5. Only pen/dot pen with black ink should be used in the exam.
6. When writing answers to multiple choice questions, only answers written in English letters (A, B, C, D) will be recognized.
7. Candidates are not allowed to engage in undesired or undisciplined activities in the examination hall and toilets.
