The notice says, “This notice is published within 21 (twenty-one) days of the publication of this notice to the Nepali citizens who have met the minimum qualifications as per sub-rule (1) of rule 4.6 of the Nepal Administrative Staff College Training Institute’s Civil Service Regulations 2072 for the open operational examination. (ii) On the day of admission, attach the original copy of the certificate related to Nepali citizenship and educational qualification and complete the examination fee of Rs.1000. This information has been published for the information of all those interested in conducting the examination. No action will be taken on applications received before or after the due date. The application form can be downloaded from the institute’s website (www.nasc.org.np).”

The course of Examination: Written, Practical (Performance Test, Presentation, Psychographic Test), and Non-judgmental. The position to be filled will be protected from practical examination and prosecution as determined by the Superintendent of Posts.
