Nepal Medical Council has announced the application available for the Special Examination. The Medical Council of Nepal shared the detail about the call for online applications for Special Examinations.

In addition to enforcing basic service standards, Nepal Medical Council works to educate its members and give them the tools they need to improve their working conditions. We are working to reduce physical work, speed up service to members, and make all of our work transparent and public through IT. Additionally, it is going toward computer-based assessment and could eventually transition to online testing.
The tests will become increasingly competency-based so that any physician receiving a license from the Nepal Medical Council will have the necessary skill sets and competency to handle emergencies and treat the common medical diseases impacting Nepalese citizens. We at Nepal Medical Council kindly ask for your comments to continue enhancing our work in the days ahead.
The notice says, “The online application form has been opened for the Special Examination to be held on 17th and 18th Chait 2079 (March 31 and April 1, 2023) on Friday and Saturday from January 29, 2079. Candidates are willing to participate in the Exam. According to the instructions on nmc.org.np, it is informed to submit the application form from January 29 to February 29, 2079.
The form can be submitted on February 30, 2079, and Chait 1 (two days) with a late fee. The online application form filling and submission system will be open around the clock. The particular Examination will be held in computer technology at the Institute of Engineering Studies, Pulchowk.”

Candidates who intend to take the test are urged to submit their application between 29 Magh 29th 2079 and 29 Phalgun, according to the instructions published at www.exam.nmc.org.np. For 2079 Phalgun 30th and Chaitra 1st (two days), the form may be submitted with a late fee. Online applications can be filled out and submitted day or night.
The Special Exam will be given online by the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Pulchowk. Candidates who intend to take the test are urged to submit their application between 29 Magh 29th 2079 and 29 Phalgun, according to the instructions published at www.exam.nmc.org.np.
