The notice says, “According to 10002 / 076-77 (open) published merit order and recommendation notification for the service, group, and post mentioned in the schedule. 66 / 078-79, dated 2078 / 12 / 29, among the candidates recommended for permanent appointment, since the concerned office has written that the following candidate has been recommended for a higher position,
the candidate’s name has been removed from the original merit order list and the alternative merit order no. 2 Date of recommendation for permanent appointment to the following candidates in the list: 2079. According to the decision of 11.04, this information has been published for the transmission of all concerned.”

Since the concerned office has stated that the following candidate has been recommended for a higher position in document 66 / 078-79, dated 2078 / 12 / 29, among the candidates recommended for permanent appointment, the candidate’s name has been removed from the original merit order list and the alternative merit order no. 2 list.
The notice regarding the recommendation notification for the service, group, and post mentioned in the schedule has been released by the Lok Sewa Aayog Dhankuta. The initial candidates have been removed from the original merit order list. The candidates who had to apply can check out the alternative merit list.

According to Article 243 of the Nepalese Constitution, the Public Service Commission must hold exams to determine which applicants are qualified for appointment to civil service positions. In the article as mentioned above, it is made clear that, except for other service posts discussed explicitly in the Act, all other service posts of the Government of Nepal are included when the term “civil service post” is used to refer to a soldier, Nepal Police officer, or member of the Armed Police Force.
