Minimum Qualifications Required for Officer Assistant and Junior Assistant
- Graduated from a recognized institution with at least five years of work experience in microfinance or related field and at least one year of work experience as a monitoring and supervision officer.
- I have a proficiency certificate from a recognized institution and at least three years of work experience in microfinance or related fields. I have read as a branch head for at least one year.
- At least two years of working experience in Microfinance or a related field after passing Proficiency Certificate from a recognized institution
- Having passed the Proficiency Certificate level from a recognized institution and having at least one year of work experience in microfinance or a related field
