b. AHW 4th Level:

Application Fees: Rs 500.
c. ANM 4th Level:
Seat available= Five
Qualifications:
Must have completed AHM from any reputed college.

Minimum qualifications and experience required for Medical Officer Position
1) Completed 18 years and less than 45 years on the last date of application.
2) Place of Application: Mahagadhimai Municipality Office.
3) Last date for application submission: Within 15 days from the publication date of notification for filling up the post. If there is a public holiday on the last day, the next day is within office hours.
4) Mode of Selection: Publication of preliminary merit list, written and interview.
