The application form can be downloaded from the Lok Sewa Aayog in Madhesh Province’s website, ppsc.p2.gov.np. Before the deadline for submitting applications, the interested candidates must deliver one copy of the application form that has been filled out to the Commission’s office. Applications sent after the deadline won’t be considered.
According to the received promotion notice number, the Commission’s office will arrange for the application forms to be sent in one batch to the secretariat of the relevant promotion committee.
Candidates should consider the following when applying:
(a) They should not be ineligible for advancement per Section 31 of the State Civil Service Act of 2077.
(b) By Section 30 of the State Civil Service Act of 2077, the minimum service time necessary to qualify for the promotion and the educational requirements have been completed.
(b) The reference number obtained from the civil library must be mentioned in the application form without fail.
(c) A certified copy of the equivalency determination must be submitted in the case of educational credentials for which equivalence has been established. (d) All information included in the application form’s parts must be explicit.
(e) Application Fee for Assistant 5th Level Rs. 400.- (four hundred) will have to be paid.
