Menchhiyam Hydropower released a notice regarding issuing the IPO to the locals of Sankhuwasabha Districts and the Nepalese working overseas from the 10th of Falgun.

From Falgun 10 to Falgun 25, 2079, residents and Nepalese nationals working abroad could participate in the initial public offering (IPO). It should be noted that if the early closing date is not met, the issue may persist for people of the Sankhuwasabha District until the ninth Chaitra.

The Menchhiyam Hydropower Company has published an offer letter for an IPO (IPO). To the citizens of the Sankhuwasabha District who will be impacted by the initiative and Nepalese nationals working abroad. However, the problem won’t last through the early closure date for Nepalese nationals working abroad. 10% of the company’s issued capital, or 5,42,583 unit shares worth Rs. 5.42 crores, have been distributed to Sankhuwasabha District people who the project will impact.

10,85,167 unit shares, or 20% of the company’s existing capital, will be issued later. For Nepalese people living and working abroad, 10% of the shares, or 108,517 units, of this public offering have been set aside. The offering will begin on the 10th Falgun, as mentioned above. Hence, the project-affected Residents of the Sankhuwasabha District and Nepalese nationals working abroad are requested to apply to quantities of at least ten units and up to 10,000 units.

NIC Asia Capital Ltd is the issue manager of the Menchhiyam Hydropower IPO. And after the allotment of the IPO, the promoter-public share ratio will be 70:30. The candidates interested in applying for Menchhiyam Hydropower shares are requested to be ready with the applications in quantities of around ten units to 10,000 units.
