For the roles stated below, Samriddhi Finance, a National Level Finance Company with its headquarters in Hetauda, is looking for young, energetic, and results-driven Nepalese nationals.

a. Branch Manager (Officer Level)
Education Qualification:-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in management or economics required.
Job Specification:-
- A minimum of two years of banking experience in any BFls with an NRB license are required for the position. Must be well-versed in banking software, branch management, operations, and credit.
- Leadership skills and strong communication must be present (Nepali and English). Must be able to suggest solutions and look for ongoing improvements.
- Excellent leadership, administrative, and organizational skills are required, as well as the capacity to function under pressure.
Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
b. Credit and Recovery (Officer Level)-1 For Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
Education Qualification:-
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited institution.
Job Specification:-
- A minimum of one year of experience working for BFIs and solid expertise in credit and recovery.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali are required, as well as the capacity to suggest improvements.
Minimum and maximum ages: 21 and 40, respectively.
c. Account Officer (Officer Level) -1 For Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
Education Qualification:-
CA/CA Final/ACCA/Bachelor in Management.
Job Requirements:
At least one year of experience in BFIs, with a strong understanding of the accounting department. Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali are required, as well as the capacity to suggest improvements. Only individuals with experience should apply.
Minimum and maximum ages: 21 and 40, respectively.
