As of today (26 Magh 2079), Supermai Hydropower Company has completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 4,15,000 units with a face value of Rs 100. The problem arose on March 23rd. The Company wants to raise Rs 4.15 crore through this IPO.

It is run by a team of skilled professionals, local entrepreneurs, and professionals from various fields, including hydropower developers, management, financial consultants, engineering, education, and public affairs, all dedicated to enhancing corporate and governmental governance to the highest standards.

Of the entire 500,000 units, 10%, or 50,000 units, have already been made available and allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad. 5%, or 25,000 units, of the total offered shares have been earmarked for mutual funds, while 2%, or 10,000 units, have been set aside for the Company’s employees.
The general public can purchase 4.15 thousand additional units. The Company’s paid-up capital will be 50 crore rupees after the IPO. The Company had already given away 50,000 shares to Nepalese citizens working abroad and 500,000 shares, valued at Rs. 5 crores, to locals affected by the project. The promoter owners collectively possess 80% of the stock of the corporation.
The IPO’s issue manager has been chosen as Sanima Capital Limited. In an application, a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units may be requested. A total of 13,700,690 units have received applications from 12,26,246 applicants. As a result, the issue has 33.01 times as many subscriptions as it can manage.
