Lok Sewa Aayog (Public Service Commission), Central Office, Kamalpokhri, has published a notice regarding the vacancy open for NaSu for 2079. The notice says, “Notice no. 904/079-80 Section 24D1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 (Fourth Amendment) and Section 24G1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 (Fourth Amendment) for the following service/group/sub-group posts of gazetted First Class Naiva Subba(NaSu) or equivalent to be filled by promotion through seniority and performance evaluation According to sub-section 4 of 14, the potential candidates are informed to submit their application to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee by the opening date 2079/11/02 with the details given in the application form by the Public Service Commission. Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying
(a) According to section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the minimum period of service required to be a candidate for promotion should have been reached, and the relevant service, group
or at least S. in matters related to subgroups. L. c. Or should have similar educational qualifications.
(b) According to Section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, he should not be disqualified to be a potential candidate for promotion.
(c) In the case of a candidate, as per Rule 76, Rule 88 of the Civil Service Regulations, 2050, the qualification must be fulfilled as mentioned in the rule.
(d) According to sub-section 3 of section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, when calculating marks for performance evaluation of potential candidates up to the end of June.
