Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying
(a) According to section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the minimum period of service required to be a candidate for promotion should have been reached, and the relevant service, group
or at least S. in matters related to subgroups. L. c. Or should have similar educational qualifications.
(b) According to Section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, he should not be disqualified to be a potential candidate for promotion.
(c) In the case of a candidate, as per Rule 76, Rule 88 of the Civil Service Regulations, 2050, the qualification must be fulfilled as mentioned in the rule.
(d) According to sub-section 3 of section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, when calculating marks for performance evaluation of potential candidates up to the end of June.
