Plan International Nepal has announced vacancies available. Plan International Nepal is a girls’ rights group that works with young people and children around Nepal to abolish oppression and gender inequality by providing them with the necessary resources and assistance that are specifically suited to their needs and the needs of their communities.

a. BDD- Business Development Director:

The business development director is in charge of creating long-term value for Plan International Nepal through contacts with institutions and enterprises, as well as current and potential sources of funding. The role will lead to the creation a long-term financial growth plan to ensure Plan Nepal’s economic sustainability and that Plan International Nepal has a balanced portfolio of appropriate, medium, and large grants and a pipeline of future finance.

The company ensures a Two-year fixed-term position in a country office from the first day of hire.


b. Technical Advisor-Gender and Social Inclusion (TAGSI)

Plan International Nepal’s gender equality and social inclusion strategy will be developed and carried out with the assistance of the technical advisor’s technical expertise (GESI).

Here are some responsibilities that TAGSI needs to handle to help Plan International Nepal improve the national and global GESI/GEISA action plan execution:

  • Ensure strategic control over the creation and execution of the program.
  • Institutionalize the knowledge and lessons learned while working closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning team.
  • By enhancing the capacity of Plan International Nepal staff members and its partners, GESI must be integrated into all of our Areas of Global Distinction (AOGDs) throughout design and execution. This is a non-negotiable Plan International Nepal initiative.
