The Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) released a notice regarding Diploma & PCL Semester Exam Application. The candidates are requested to submit the form within the deadline set by the Diploma & PCL Semester.
Notice Date: February 23, 2023
The notice says, “The regular and partial examinations of Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Information Technology, Hotel Management, and Social Works programs in the second year second section and third year second section of this council’s private, partnership, community schools, and private schools will be conducted in March/May. Because the examination candidates have to submit the application form within 22 February 2079 for regular fees and 29 February 2079 for late fees, this notice has been published so that the relevant educational institutions must fill out the application form from the students.”

The notice added, “The second year second section and third year second section examinations of the various programs studied in the technical education special scholarship program of the diploma/certificate level semester examination system are also conducted; it is requested to fill the examination application form on the mentioned date. This notification has been published for the information of all those concerned about disqualifying students from schools who do not fulfill the following conditions and who do not submit the application form within the specified time.”
Conditions:
1. All the details in the examination application form should be filled out. A recent passport-size photograph of the candidate with a visible face must be pasted on the application form.
2. Exam fee towards the semester system is Rs. 2,000/- and each student must pay twice the regular examination fee for the late fee. In the Council, Partnership, and Government/Community schools, the standard examination fee is only Rs. 500/-.
In addition, a late fee will also be charged if the form is not entered into the Web Based Online System within the standard price.
3. In the case of partial candidates, the examination fee for one subject only is Rs. 300.- and for each additional issue, Rs. 150.- regular price and a late fee per student will have to pay twice the prescribed fee.
