Giving of IPO will begin on the 22nd of Magh for the Nepalese working in a foreign country, and the company will issue the IPO to the general public on the 18th of Falgun.

The face value of BPW Laghubitta is Rs 100, and the company tends to issue 80,950 shares to the general public. However, 9,700 shares were reserved for Nepalese nationals working overseas.
BPW Laghubitta will begin offering IPO shares beginning on Magh 22; the IPO will last until February 8, 2079. If the issue is not registered by the early closing date, it should be noted that the offer may remain open to the general public until the second Chaitra. However, the problem will only persist through the early closing date for Nepalese nationals working abroad.
The company has an issued capital of 3 crore rupees, of which 32.33%, or 97,000 unit shares, valued at 97 lakh rupees, have been distributed to the general public. 10%, or 9,700 units, of the total 97,000 units, are reserved for Nepalese nationals who work overseas. Additionally, 1,500 units, or 1.5% of the total issued shares, have been reserved for firm personnel.
Lastly, 4,850 units, or 5% of the total shares offered, have been set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 80,950 units will be distributed to the general population. Mega Capital Markets is the IPO issuance’s issue manager. For public and Nepalese citizens working abroad, the minimum and maximum application amounts are 10 and 1,000 units, respectively.
