The Middle Tamor Hydropower Project, a 73 MW run-of-river hydropower project in Nepal’s Taplejung district, is promoted by individual promoters from various backgrounds, institutional investors primarily associated with the Sanima Hydro group, and other organizations like banks and insurance companies. This project employs the construction method of Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT).

This offer letter was published from Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Ltd to participate in an IPO. For residents and Nepalese citizens living abroad, the initial public offering (IPO) will begin on March 4 and run until March 18, 2079. It should be noted that if the issue is not subscribed by the early closure date, it may be extended for residents of the Taplejung District until the fourth Falgun. However, the problem won’t last through the early closing date for Nepalese citizens working abroad.

10%, or 33,32,500 unit shares, or Rs. 10 crores, are included in the company’s Rs. 3.33 Arba issued capital distributed to Taplejung District residents who would be affected by the project. The public will eventually access 49,98,750 unit shares, representing 15% of the company’s outstanding capital. On the date indicated, 10% of the 499,875 units of claims in this public offering will be designated for Nepalese nationals working abroad.

The minimum and maximum application quantities are 10 and 20,000 units distributed to project-affected residents and Nepalese nationals working abroad. Sanima Capital Ltd. is this company’s issue manager. After this IPO, the promoter-public share ratio will be 70:30.
