Make sure to correctly fill in the information that matches your identification certificates and choose any payment that is given in the form. Go to https://www.ets.org/toefl/contact and select your location to get the email to mail your form also dead line is 4 weeks before test dates and if you don’t receive any confirmation mail then call the location where you’ve emailed and before 3days prior to test date.
