Activating Roaming for NTC Prepaid Users

In order to activate NTC Roaming service, you need to download the activation form. If you are a prepaid user, download and fill in the prepaid roaming registration form and

Make any one of the documents ready either Citizenship / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID.

Send an Email to roaming.support@ntc.net.np with the Subject “Activate Roaming Service“, attach your filled registration form and document.

Activating Roaming for NTC Postpaid Users

If you are a postpaid user, download and fill in the postpaid roaming registration form.

If you are planning to activate the roaming service in your Postpaid sim, you need to have at least an NRS 5000 balance on your account.
