The notice says, ” Public Service Commission, Province 1, Biratnagar Advertisement No. 11-15/2079-80 (Open and Inclusive), Health Service under Local Government Service, Health Inspection Group, Assistant Level 5th Level, Examination Center Biratnagar for the post of Health Assistant, the first of the candidates who have approved the application form through the online application system of the State Public Service Commission. This notice is published for the information of all concerned as the competitive written examination of the stage will be conducted as per the pre-determined examination program on the following date, time, and place.”

Rules about Fifth-level HA Examination Center
- Without the admission card, you cannot take the exam.
- On the day of the exam, candidates should reach the exam room an hour before the start time. It would be nice if you arrived at the test room early.
- There will be no outside distribution of admit cards. Calculators, cell phones, smartwatches, and other similar electronic devices are prohibited from using or carrying in the exam room.
- The answer sheet should only be written on with black ink.
- A certificate of citizenship, a voter identification card, a driver’s license, or any other picture identification card issued by a government agency must be brought by the candidate to the testing location, and the admit card printed.
- Even if there is an unplanned holiday on the day of the exam, the exam will proceed according to plan without changing without the Commission’s prior approval.
