Publication of a message for an open and inclusive competitive primary test for the positions of National Human Rights Service Officer and Civil Service Gazetted 3rd Class (Non-Technical).

Notification of promotions for third-level (non-technical) civil service positions and third-level National Human Rights Service official positions based on seniority and performance evaluation.
The following services, groups, and sub-groups all have open and inclusive positions. Additionally, a competitive exam will fill national human rights and civil service positions. Candidates that meet the criteria given below are encouraged to apply. Candidates who meet the requirements should submit an online application to the commission at psconline1.psc.gov.np.

The notice says, “The concerned candidate should submit one copy of the duly completed application form to each of the Commission Offices in Kathmandu Valley, Anamnagar, and locations outside of Kathmandu Valley, as well as the Secretariat of the Promotion Committee of the National Human Rights Commission for the National Human Rights Service. Applications received before the deadline won’t be considered for consideration. ”

Written, Skill Test, Group Test and Interview.
Examination centre:-
First stage: All the offices of the commission.
As specified by the Dhankuta, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Dipayal offices of the second phase commission.
The examination for the posts of National Human Rights Service will be as prescribed by the Public Service Commission, Central Office.
Examination Fees:-
The application fee for (Sakha Adhikrit) for each advertisement is Rs. 1,200/- (one thousand two hundred) should be paid. In case of candidates applying in additional advertising towards the inclusive group of posts of the same service/group/sub-group, for each different group, Rs. 400/- (four hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.
Age Limitation:-
Twenty-one years of age up to 2079 / 9 / 19 and not exceeding 35 years of age, and in the case of women and disabled candidates not exceeding 40 years of age.
Application Deadline:-
The deadline will be by 2079/9/19
double payment till 26/9/2079.
