Supermai Hydropower Company Limited has released its IPO Results. The IPO allocation for Supermai Hydropower Limited is released today morning, or 4 Falgun 2079. The IPO Results or allotment program will be conducted at the Naxal offices of the issue manager Sanima Capital Limited.

The Supermai Hydropower Ltd., IPO outcome date is today. The IPO Results will be made public after closing or during the second week of February 2023. If the shares are not allocated, the banks will offer a refund, but the allocation of shares will eventually be finished.

The allocation program will be conducted at the Naxal offices of the issue manager Sanima Capital Limited. The company issued 4,15,000 units of shares to the general public as part of an IPO with a face value of 100 rupees from the 23rd Magh to the 26th Magh.

Out of 500,000 units, 50,000 or 10% of teams have been made available and allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad. 10% of the total offered shares, or 25,000 units, are reserved for mutual funds, while 5%, or 10,000 units, are set aside for the company’s employees. The remaining 4,15,000 units are up for the general public. 

The face value of the Supermai Hydropower Company was Rs 100, and the Number of Shares issued was 5,00,000 Units. The Nepalese working overseas were issued 50,000 units of share by Supermai Hydropower Company. The IPO was first published on 23rd Magh.
