a) Research Analysts:

Qualification required:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, business studies, management, or economics from an approved university.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in the investment banking sector. Knowing corporate advisory and venture capital would be advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial research, fund management, and the capital markets in Nepal. Taxes, accounting, and valuation and economic model turn analysis.

b) Merchant Banking:

Qualification required:

    through familiarity with Nepal’s typical merchant banking practices and hands-on managerial experience.

  • Able to confidently approach and pitch new businesses for the merchant banking department.

c) HR Assistant

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources with a minimum GPA in business administration.
