MOE (Ministry of Education) Nepal distributes No Objection Letter for students. Only after having No Objection Letter, students can pay the fee for the university. We will list about the required documents and step by step process of getting a No Objection Certificate from MOE, Keshar Mahal, Kathmandu.

Certain documents are needed when issuing a no objection letter from MoE, such as a photocopy of citizenship, transcript, an acceptance letter from the university, such as an i-20/ offer letter, and need to show the original documents too. If students cannot submit original documents, then they need to submit a notarized photocopy.

For Engineering Student

To get admission into an engineering college, students should have the following background. 10+2 level (equivalent ) with a minimum GPA of 2.4, minimum grade of C+ each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or a minimum of grade C in remaining subjects. Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50 % in aggregate in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Students who have passed Grade 11 and are waiting for Grade 12 results can apply provisionally.

For Language Course

Students applying for language courses must have an additional academic course and should apply for both (language and Academic courses) to get NOC Except Japan.
